At the heart of the island of Phuket, Patong is famous for its beautiful beach, Patong Beach and its lively nightlife. Noisy and crowded, the city attracts tourists eager for shopping, spas and restaurants. Patong, surrounded by green mountains, constantly buzzes with life and it is crossed by the tuk-tuks at any time of day or night. You can visit a local market, a massage parlor test, attend a Thai boxing match. At dusk, you may see a few flying sky lanterns. Then the multicolored neon lights illuminate, and bars and nightclubs spread their music to attract customers. As for Patong Beach is a beach of almost 3 km long, busy, except in its northern part, which is less populated: famous in Phuket, offers its beautiful white sand and turquoise water to lovers of relaxation. To move, the easiest way is to walk on foot, but the tuk-tuks are always there if you need them.
