What to do in Avarua : Tips, places, hotels and restaurants
Located on the north coast of the island of Rarotonga, Avarua is the capital of the Cook Islands. The city has just under 14,000 inhabitants, making it the most populous country. It brings together governments and major businesses of the island, as well as educational and health infrastructure, and it has an airport.
